Ramón was a PhD student in Science and Food Technology at the Autonomous University of Coahuila. His research project is: Design and instrumentation of a column packed-bed bioreactor: Evaluation of operation factors over the release of antioxidants from grapefruit wastes by Aspergillus niger GH1.
